MONROE - On Monday, Dec. 10:
Police were called at 3:56 a.m. to a trailer park in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue for a complaint of loud music. The offenders were warned and complied.
Construction workers at a site in the 400 block of 18th Avenue reported at 7:59 a.m. that a spool of phone cable had been stolen.
A German Shepherd mix dog was found near the intersection of 19th Street and 14th Avenue at 12:13 p.m. and taken to the Green County Humane Society.
School staff at Abraham Lincoln Accelerated Learning Academy, 2625 14th Ave., called police at 12:56 p.m. to report a disorderly 10-year-old male student. The boy was turned over to a parent.
Staff at AmericInn, 424 4th Ave., reported at 3:39 p.m. that a guest in September had paid with a check drawn on an account without sufficient funds. Police are investigating.
A man came to the police station at 6:02 p.m. to report his wallet lost. He told police he thought he saw it last by Stop-N-Go.

MONROE - David J. Klapper, 45, Albany, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense) after a deputy observed passengers in Klapper's vehicle not wearing seatbelts and stopped him on Wisconsin 92 near County D in the Town of Exeter at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10. Klapper was also cited for failure to fasten his seatbelt, as was a passenger, Nicholas R. Patchen, 21, Albany. Klapper was jailed pending cash bond or a court appearance.

DARLINGTON - Anthony G. Grasser, 24, Salem, was cited for speeding at 10:28 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.
