MONROE - Lawrence J. Giesfeldt, 29, Belleville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at about 4 p.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center following an investigation into an incident that took place Dec. 4 at a private residence. He was jailed.
• Charles D. Knauer, 25, Warren, Ill., was arrested for a Jo Daviess County, Ill., warrant at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Green County Justice Center. He was turned over to Illinois law enforcement.
