BRODHEAD - Alger T. Riese, 59, Brodhead, was cited for unsafe backing of a vehicle on Sunday, Aug. 18, stemming from an incident Aug. 14.
David D. Menehan, 32, Albany, was cited for unsafe passing on the right on Monday, Aug. 19, stemming from an incident Aug. 16.
Jeremy M. Crabtree, 34, Janesville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, in the 900 block of West 3rd Avenue.

MONROE - Valerie A. Reichling, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a third-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 2:12 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, on Wisconsin 69 at Wisconsin 11 in Monroe Township. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license and having open intoxicants in the vehicle. She was jailed.
Adrial I. Woodward, 22, Oregon, was cited for inattentive driving, failure to maintain control of a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash in Washington Township at 7:48 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23. Woodward was eastbound in the W5600 block of County C when he looked down at a map and lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle went into the ditch and rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels. Woodward was uninjured but checked by Monroe EMS on-scene. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Monticello police and firefighters assisted at the scene. Woodward was released pending court.
Matthew R. Thompson, 18, Browntown, was cited for possession of THC (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia after deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation at 2:11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, in the W6300 block of Wis. 11 in Monroe Township. Thompson was a passenger in the vehicle.
Jordan L. Boeck, 23, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after deputies, the Monroe Fire Department and Monroe EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision in Clarno Township at 3:38 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. Boeck pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Brian C. Fagan, 49, Oregon, Ill., in the intersection of Wis. 69 and Melvin Road. Boeck's vehicle hit the driver's side of Fagan's vehicle. Fagan and his passenger were uninjured. Boeck and her passenger were also uninjured. Both vehicles were severely damaged and towed.
