Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Victor Dominguez-Delfin, 33, Monroe, was cited at 2:30 a.m. for driving without a valid license, second offense within three years, after deputies stopped his vehicle for a defective side headlamp on Wisconsin 59 and Decatur-Sylvester Road, Sylvester Township. Dominguez-Delfin was issued a warning about the defective headlamp and having no proof of valid insurance. He was released pending court.

• Shawn Lee Degeest, 49, Brodhead, was cited at 3:06 a.m. for drug paraphernalia after deputies were called to a report of a suspicious man sleeping in a truck parked in a parking lot in the 300 block of Elmer Road, Village of New Glarus. Degeest was approached by deputies and reportedly intoxicated. Deputies found drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle's ash tray. Degeest was released to a responsible party pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• A deputy was dispatched at 12:42 a.m. to the northwest portion of the county to assist the Grant County Sheriff's Department in attempting to locate a subject. The person was located in Grant County.

• Deputies assisted Darlington police in removing two unruly subjects from a business on Christensen Drive at 1:31 a.m.

• A deputy responded to a report of four to five horses on the roadway at 5:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of County F, Willow Springs Township.

• Deputies transported Douglas J. Forbes, 22, from the Prairie Du Chien Correctional Institute at 8:15 a.m. to Lafayette County Circuit Court for an appearance. Forbes was returned to the facility following court.

• A deputy responded at 4:07 p.m. to a report of a burglary at a location on County D, Wiota Township. The incident remains under investigation.

• Lonnie Duane Severson, 46, Argyle, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. in the Village of Argyle on a warrant issued by the department of corrections. Severson was jailed pending court.
