ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On July 26, Joseph A. Lartz, 26, Albany, was cited for driving with a revoked license.

On Friday:

• Melissa S. Price, 39, Brodhead, was arrested for felony theft.

• David L. Mancl, 33, Albany, was arrested for possession of a Schedule II narcotic and a prescription drug.

• Shannon L. McClurg, 23, Madison, was arrested for possession of a Schedule II narcotic and drug paraphernalia.

On Saturday:

• A juvenile was cited for underage drinking and outside consumption of alcohol.

• Brandon J. Kadel, 18, Mount Horeb, was cited for underage drinking.

• Austin W. Markin, 23, Mount Horeb, was cited for encouraging an underage violation.

• Christina A. Briggs, 40, Capron, Ill., was cited for outside consumption of alcohol.

• Logan L. Hermanson, 32, Monroe, was cited for outside consumption of alcohol.

• Dennis R. Kruchten, 34, Prairie du Sac, was cited for public urination.

• Anthony A. Cavallino, 35, Roscoe, Ill., was cited for outside consumption of alcohol.

On Sunday, Kaleena M. Waite, 30, Madison, was cited for outside consumption of alcohol.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - For the week of July 24 to 30, there were 50 citizen assists, 45 security checks, 36 calls for service, 20 vehicle registrations, 20 traffic stops, 16 assists of other agencies, 10 calls to 911 and two fire calls.

On July 24:

• A 35-year-old Beloit woman was cited at 9:32 a.m. for speeding in the N200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• An 83-year-old Mequon man was cited at 10:07 a.m. for speeding in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• An 84-year-old Madison man was cited at 11:23 a.m. for non-registration of a vehicle in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 3 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter was resolved without incident.

• A 30-year-old Janesville woman was cited at 4:02 p.m. for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• A 41-year-old Janesville woman was cited at 4:25 p.m. for speeding and driving without vehicle insurance. A passenger, a 45-year-old Janesville woman, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

On July 25, a dog at large was reported at 4:20 p.m. in the 100 block of 9th Street. Police issued a warning to the dog's owner.

On July 26:

• A 19-year-old Janesville man was cited at 8:31 a.m. for driving with a suspended license and speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• A 23-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 9:48 a.m. for driving with a revoked license in the 500 block of 2nd Street.

On Wednesday:

• A 23-year-old Janesville man was cited at 2:53 p.m. for speeding and a seatbelt violation in the 600 block of 1st Street. A passenger, a 55-year-old Janesville woman, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

• A 20-year-old Janesville woman was cited for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• A 19-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 5:13 p.m. for speeding and a seatbelt violation.

On Thursday:

• A gas drive-off was reported at 11:21 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter was resolved without incident.

• A theft was reported at 4:45 p.m. in the 400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

On Friday:

• A theft was reported at 12:45 p.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street. The case remains under investigation.

• A lost bicycle was found at 3:19 p.m. in the 900 block of 4th Street. The bicycle is being held at the Brodhead Police Department to be claimed by its owner.

• Fraudulent telephone calls were reported at 4:49 p.m. in the 700 block of 4th Street.

• Damage to property was reported at 7:09 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street.

On Saturday:

• A 23-year-old Brodhead man was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was also cited for driving without headlights activated.

• A 50-year-old Evansville woman was cited at 11:27 a.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance in the 300 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 7:21 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. The matter was resolved without incident.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Friday, a counterfeit bill was reported at 4:59 p.m. in the 1000 block of 9th Street. Tiffany L. Gerde, 28, Rockford, was arrested for uttering forged documents and was jailed.

On Sunday, Richard E. Thompson, 51, Monroe, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on a probation hold after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West 21st Street. Thompson was jailed.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On July 24:

• An animal in a car was reported at 6:36 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street. Police found that the animal was in no sign of distress.

• A power outage was reported at 7:14 p.m. in the 300 block of 5th Street. Power was returned shortly thereafter.

• A trespasser was reported at 8:05 p.m. in the 100 block of County W.

On July 25:

• Rodney Whitehead, 26, New Glarus, was cited at 2:05 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of 5th Avenue and 5th Street.

• Police issued multiple parking citations for parking after hours throughout the village.

• An animal complaint was made at 8:16 a.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.

• Fraudulent calls were reported at 11:27 a.m. in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue.

• Colten J. Campbell Pritzl, 24, Belleville, was cited at 6:08 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 2nd Street.

• A traffic complaint was made at 6:59 p.m. in the 600 block of 8th Avenue.

• Police investigated a suspicious vehicle and person at 11:11 p.m. at the elementary school. The person was found to be making a delivery to the school.

On July 26:

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 10:45 a.m. in the 800 block of 3rd Street.

• A burglar alarm was triggered at 1:59 p.m. in the village. The alarm was found to have been triggered by the homeowner.

• Police assisted the Monticello Police at 6:26 p.m. with an ongoing case in the village.

On Wednesday:

• Police issued a warning to a suspicious person at 12:08 a.m. in the 100 block of Cow Path Lane.

• William L. Jones, 37, New Glarus, was cited at 2:44 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wisconsin 69.

• William J. Meyer, 59, McFarland, was cited at 7:21 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Elmer Road.

• Police assisted the Monticello Police at 10:13 p.m. with an ongoing case in the village.

On Thursday:

• A road sign was reported stolen at 1:45 p.m. on 14th Avenue. The sign reads "NG Townline." The case remains under investigation.

• Kendra S. Wirth, 40, Monticello, was cited at 6:57 p.m. for illegal window tinting at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Railroad Street.

• Bardyn D. Kriebs, 17, Blanchardville, was cited at 7:23 p.m. for illegal window tinting at the intersection of 1st Street and 6th Avenue.

On Friday:

• A fraudulent phone call was reported at 11:40 a.m. in the 1100 block of 5th Street.

• Bryan C. Hellenbrad, 40, Mount Horeb, was cited at 3:37 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

On Saturday:

• A possible injured animal was reported at 12:06 a.m. near the intersection of 5th Avenue and 1st Street. No animal could be located.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 1:51 p.m. with traffic control in the N7700 block of County N.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle in the 300 block of Cow Path Lane.

• A 911 hang-up occurred at 2:42 p.m. in the 300 block of Cow Path Lane.

• Police issued a warning to an illegally parked vehicle at 3:20 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street.

• A 911 hang-up occurred at 4:48 p.m. in the 300 block of Cow Path Lane.

• Cherokee R. Williams, 27, Brodhead, was cited at 6:21 p.m. for non-registration of a vehicle at the intersection of Wis. 69 and County W.

• Carlos Mendoza-Leyva, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 7:06 p.m. for illegal window tinting and driving with a revoked license on Wis. 69.

• Melanie A. Metz, 31, Dodgeville, was cited at 7:53 p.m. for non-registration of a vehicle on Wis. 69.

• Jason R. DeGraff, 31, New Glarus, was cited at 11:17 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 900 block of 5th Street.

On Sunday:

• Christopher S. Capps, 24, New Glarus, was cited at 2:45 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on 8th Street.

• Two dogs at large were reported at 8:56 a.m. in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue. The dogs were secured.

• John H. Proctor, 52, New Glarus, was cited at 3:13 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance and illegal window tinting on 6th Avenue.

• Police received lost property at 4:10 p.m. that was found in the 400 block of Railroad Street.

• Alexander L. Bonnen, 23, Burns Harbor, Ind., was cited at 5:59 p.m. for speeding in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Nathan M. Ray, 28, Hollandale, was cited at 4:26 p.m. for illegal window tinting in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday, Bobbie Jo Foster, 35, New Glarus, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. on a Department of Corrections probation warrant at the Green County Justice Center. Foster was jailed.

On Saturday:

• Aron R. L. Thompson, 26, Monroe, was cited at 1:30 a.m. for driving with a suspended license in the N3200 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe.

• Gabriela Hernandez-Garcia, 32, Janesville, was cited at 5:44 a.m. for driving with a suspended license in the W1200 block of County F, Town of Decatur.

• Ryan M. Richardson, 32, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. for a bond violation on Park Road, Town of Decatur. Richardson was released pending court.

On Sunday, Ryan M. Kundert, 30, Monroe, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and battery on Five Corner Road, Town of Clarno. Kundert was released on bond.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Cory J. Valentino, 30, Monroe, was cited at 6:16 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.

• Mykola A. Kravchenko, 24, Holt, Mich., was cited at 7:49 p.m. for speeding and driving without vehicle insurance on East Milwaukee Street in Argyle.

• Hillary M. Wiegel, 18, Shullsburg, was cited at 8:23 p.m. for speeding on County XX, Town of Belmont.

• Mitchell T. White, 17, Blanchardville, was cited at 8:41 p.m. for failure to stop at a stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia on Line Street in Blanchardville.

On Saturday:

• Dylan D. Dawson, 23, Warren, Ill., was cited at 12:34 a.m. for speeding on County W, Town of White Oak Springs.

• Brodie W. Cypret, 20, Davis Junction, Ill., was cited at 3:01 p.m. for driving an ATV without a valid safety certificate on the Cheese Country Trail, Town of Darlington.

• Benjamin E. Clark, 47, Mineral Point, was cited at 4:20 p.m. for driving an ATV in a careless manner on the Cheese Country Trail, Town of Darlington.

• A deputy assisted the Hazel Green Police at 5:11 p.m. on County M, Town of Argyle.

• A deputy assisted the Argyle Police at 5:47 p.m. with a disorderly conduct complaint on Railroad Street in Argyle.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 6:19 p.m. on County K, Town of Darlington.

• Christopher E. Leopold, 44, Argyle, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on a Green County warrant. Leopold was jailed.

• A suspicious person was reported at 11:35 p.m. on County Y, Town of Wiota.

On Sunday:

• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 2:28 p.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 5:40 p.m. on County J, Town of Belmont.

• A domestic dispute was reported at 7:36 p.m. on East Main Street in Shullsburg.
