Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday:

• Nicholas D. Siegle, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. in the 500 block of 14th Avenue for an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Siegle was jailed.

• Chad C. Green, 30, Monroe, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. in the 2000 block of 1st Street for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property as a result of a domestic disturbance. Green posted bond and was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Vera K. Cox, 25, Madison was cited at 12:31 p.m. for driving with suspended registration and driving with no insurance following a traffic stop on U.S. 151 in the Township of Belmont.

• Angela J. Clark, 43, was cited at 12:51 p.m. for driving under the influence, unsafe lane deviation, and failing to merge for an emergency vehicle following a traffic stop on U.S. 151 in the Township of Belmont.

• A deputy assisted Grant County Sheriff's Office in Grant County at 3:45 p.m. Frank J. Kopetko, 49, was taken into custody on a Lafayette County warrant. Kopetko was transported to Lafayette County where he remains jailed.

• Joseph S. Ruffolo, 19, Lakewood, Ill., was cited at 6:37 p.m. for speeding following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 23 in Darlington Township.

• Emily J. Kimpel, 21, Freeport, was cited at 6:49 p.m. for speeding following a traffic stop on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township.

• Daniel J. Teich, 20, Naperville, Ill., was cited at 7:10 p.m. for speeding following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.

• A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up at 7:19 p.m. at a residence on N. Mineral Street in Shullsburg.

• Amber S. Cole, 20, Milton was cited at 7:43 p.m. for speeding following a traffic stop on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township.

On Friday, April 3:

• Ryan J. Cook, 28, Gratiot, was cited for no insurance at 11:03 a.m., following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 11 in Wayne Township.

On Saturday:

• John P. Gasienica, 72, Platteville, was cited at 8:23 a.m. for unreasonable and imprudent speed, following a traffic stop on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township.

• A deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity at 11:57 a.m. on S. Lafayette Street, in Argyle.

On Sunday:

• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle driving southbound in the northbound lane on U.S. 151, in Kendall Township at 5:56 a.m.

• Carl J. Knapp, 62, Darlington, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on a valid Probation and Parole warrant on County F, in Darlington Township. Knapp was jailed.
