ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On March 27, Tyler M. Chase, 21, Albany, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery.

On Sunday:

• Richard C. Josephson, 57, Brodhead, was arrested for driving left of the centerline and driving while intoxicated.

• Austin S. Kutzleb, 21, Albany, was cited for driving without a valid license and non-registration of a vehicle.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On March 26:

• A 44-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 8:28 a.m. for driving with a suspended vehicle registration in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue.

• A 48-year-old Footville woman was cited at 12:05 p.m. for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• Harassment was reported at 7:32 p.m. in the 600 block of East 2nd Avenue.

On March 28, a fraudulent phone call was reported at 9:16 a.m. in the 1100 block of 21st Street.

On Wednesday:

• A 22-year-old Clinton woman was cited at 12:11 a.m. for failing to yield at a stop sign in the 100 block of 23rd Street.

• A 24-year-old Janesville woman was cited at 2:36 a.m. for speeding in the 700 block of East 9th Avenue.

• Graffiti was reported at 10:09 a.m. in the 400 block of 10th Street.

On Thursday:

• A 43-year-old Rockford man was cited at 10:24 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign in the 100 block of 23rd Street.

• A 22-year-old Durand, Illinois, man was cited at 11:33 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign in the 800 block of 23rd Street.

On Friday:

• A fraudulent IRS phone call was reported at 12:43 p.m. in the 1300 block of 21st Street.

• A 21-year-old Spanish Fork, Utah, man was cited for issuing worthless checks after an incident on March 21 in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On Saturday:

• A gas drive-off occurred at 4:09 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• An ordinance violation was reported at 4:47 p.m. in the 1800 block of West 5th Avenue.



DARLINGTON POLICE

DARLINGTON - Courtney King, 20, Darlington, was cited at 8 p.m. Saturday for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Galena Street.

NEW GLARUS - On March 26, Doug B. Whalen, 30, Brodhead, and Rachele D. Deets, 28, Footville, were cited for disorderly conduct at 10:09 a.m. in the 800 block of Wisconsin 69; Whalen was also cited for failing to obey a lawful order.

On March 27:

• An animal carcass was reported at 1:08 p.m. on 3rd Avenue.

• A suspicious person was reported at 7:01 p.m. on Legler Valley Road.

• Blane M. Einbeck, 44, Monroe, was cited at 6:05 p.m. for illegal window tinting on Wis. 69.

• Silas Estudillo Gramajo, 36, Monroe, was cited at 6:20 p.m. for illegal window tinting on Wis. 69.

• Roy W. Prewitt, 44, Madison, was cited at 10:16 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Fletcher J. Dahl, 30, Prairie du Sac, was cited at 10:51 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

On March 28:

• Matthew M. Henke, 42, Madison, was cited at 7:08 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Brian T. Ammon, 36, Monroe, was cited at 9:46 p.m. for driving with a suspended license and suspended vehicle registration on Wis. 69.

On Wednesday:

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 10:35 a.m. in the 500 block of 14th Avenue.

• Police removed debris from the roadway at 11:24 p.m. in the 100 block of 3rd Avenue.

On Thursday, police helped unlock a vehicle at 9:25 a.m. in the 500 block of 14th Avenue.

On Friday:

• Police removed debris from the roadway at 12:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Kubly Road.

• Excess smoke from a chimney was reported at 9:20 a.m. on 1st Street. Everything was found to be fine.

• Traffic violations were reported at 3:27 p.m. on Wis. 69.

• A dog in a vehicle was reported at 4:15 p.m. on 5th Avenue.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff with an animal complaint in the W4600 block of County W.

On Saturday:

• James H. Albert, 57, Brodhead, was cited at 11:57 a.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• A dog at large was reported at 1:13 p.m. in the N9600 block of Wis. 69.

• Rebecca A. Tollefson, 37, Pewaukee, was cited at 11:31 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

On Sunday:

• Laci L. Vazquez, 29, Monroe, was cited at 12:29 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Juveniles climbing a basketball hoop were reported at 3:35 p.m.

• A disabled vehicle was reported at 4:29 p.m. on County W.

• Police removed debris from the roadway at 7:06 p.m. on Wis. 69.

• Suspicious juveniles were reported at 8:40 p.m. in the 400 block of 7th Avenue.

• Police assisted a citizen at 10:47 p.m. by giving the person a ride from the N8100 block of Wis. 69 to Monticello.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• Shureena K. J. Coldiron, 36, Monticello, was arrested at 2 a.m. for domestic disorderly conduct and battery in the 400 block of North Monroe Street in Monticello.

• Tyler J. Wenger, 27, Monroe, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. for driving while intoxicated (second offense) in the W5100 block of County DR, Town of Monroe. Wenger was also cited for driving with an expired vehicle registration and without vehicle insurance.

On Saturday:

• Clayton S. Welte, 21, Janesville, was cited at 4:23 a.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving with a suspended license on County SS, Town of Decatur.

• Kelsey E. Bowers, 21, Beloit, was cited at 4:19 p.m. for driving with a suspended license in the W5400 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe.

• Steven E. Winans, 58, Brodhead, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct, intimidation of a victim and strangulation in the N200 block of Hartman Road, Town of Spring Grove. Winans was jailed.

On Sunday:

• Rachael A. Wiegel, 31, Argyle, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (first offense) in the W8100 block of Loop Road, Town of Jordan. Wiegel was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and was released pending court.

• Robert L. Zapata, 52, Browntown, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. on a probation and parole warrant in the 100 block of Old Highway Road, Town of Cadiz.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• A deputy found an open door at 12:48 a.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.

• Deputies kept the peace at 5:38 p.m. on North Street in Argyle.

• A traffic complaint was made at 7:57 p.m. on South Galena Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 10:25 p.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.

On Saturday:

• A deputy found an open door at 12:33 a.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy responded at 2:45 a.m. to a utility problem on County M, Town of Wiota.

• A traffic complaint was made at 1:05 p.m. on Spore Road, Town of Argyle.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 6:31 p.m. on Holland Road, Town of Darlington.

• Deputies responded at 10:29 p.m. to a domestic dispute on First Street in Argyle.

On Sunday:

• A deputy assisted Darlington Police at 10:04 a.m. with a domestic dispute on East Ann Street in Darlington.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:34 p.m. on Wildcat Road, Town of Darlington.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 5:05 p.m. on West Church Road, Town of Gratiot.

• Harassment was reported at 5:20 p.m. on County F, Town of Kendall.
