MONROE - John T. Matthews, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. Friday, in the 2600 block of 11th Avenue, for several outstanding warrants issued by the Beloit Police Department. Matthews was jailed pending court.
On Saturday:
Derek J. Malone, 26, Monticello, was arrested for driving drunk, first offense, at 12:20 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Wisconsin 69. Malone was also cited for improper right hand turn. He was released to a responsible party pending court.
Javier Ramirez-Vasquez, 18, Monroe, was cited at 1:53 a.m. for underage possession/consumption of alcohol, first offense, after officers made contact with Ramirez-Vasquez in the 800 block of 19th Street. He was released to a responsible party.

MONROE - On Friday:
Rene P. Zimmerman, 34, New Glarus, was cited at 3:39 p.m. for speeding and driving with a revoked driver's license, sixth offense, following a traffic stop on Wis. 59 at Sylvester Road, Town of Sylvester. Zimmerman was released pending court. Online court records indicate Zimmerman was convicted of driving with a revoked or suspended license in August 2012, August 2011, September 2011, July 2008, September 2008 and June 2008.
Steven A. Steiner, 21, Browntown, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on Green County warrants for two counts of theft as a party to a crime, five counts of felony bail jumping and one count of theft, moveable property stemming from an incident that occurred on Nov. 3. Steiner was jailed pending court.
Horacio Lemus Carapia, 33, Madison, was cited at 11:56 p.m. for driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop on Wis. 69 near Spring Valley Road, Town of New Glarus. He was released pending court.

Curtis Marvin Elmer Jr., 36, Monroe, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at a residence on Bethel Road, Town of Clarno, on child support warrants. Elmer was jailed pending court.
Bryan Wayne Fish, 45, Monticello, was cited at 1:16 a.m. for driving with a suspended driver's license, second offense, and no proof of vehicle insurance. Fish was released pending court.
Brett A. Nafzger, 24, Monroe, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Sunday, for driving drunk and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, both first offenses. Deputies located Nafzger's vehicle parked on the west shoulder of Wis. 69 near Cemetery Road, Town of Mount Pleasant, where Nafzger's passenger was vomiting in the ditch. Nafzger and his passenger were both released to a responsible party. Nafzger has a mandatory court appearance.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:
Deputies assisted Darlington Police with a domestic disturbance at 9:53 a.m. at a residence on Keep Street, Darlington. The disturbance involved several family members at the residence.
A deputy investigated a complaint at 1 p.m. of a restraining order violations at a residence on East Pious Street, Shullsburg.
A deputy responded to a complaint of hazardous material spilled on the roadway at 1:46 p.m. on County H, Benton Township. Cuba City Police assisted as well.
A deputy assisted Wisconsin DNR wardens with a traffic stop of an ATV at 6:16 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail, Darlington Township.
On Sunday:
A deputy responded to 2nd Street, Benton, for a noise complaint of loud music at 1:44 a.m.
A deputy took a report of a dog bite incident at the Blackhawk Memorial Park, Wiota Township, at 4:45 p.m. An 11-year-old was taken by private vehicle to Monroe Clinic hospital for treatment of a facial injury. A bite order was issued to the dog owner. The Lafayette County Health Department was informed of the case for follow-up.

BRODHEAD - Jonathan P. Heins, 29, Brodhead, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. Sunday, April 20, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue, on an active warrant issued by Green County for failure to appear. Heins was also cited for driving without a driver's license. He was jailed pending a pre-trial conference on May 6.
Donald N. Nelson, 70, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. Monday, April 21, for domestic abuse-related battery and disorderly conduct after police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of 9th Street. Nelson posted bond and was released pending court.
On Saturday:
William C. Day, 34, Brodhead, was cited for battery, obstruction, loitering/prowling and two counts of disorderly conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on April 13. Heather R. Day, 38, Brodhead, was cited for obstruction and disorderly conduct during the same incident.
Dawn E. Ahrens, 47, Brodhead, was cited for issuing worthless checks.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Todd G. Booth, 46, Mineral Point, was cited at 2:40 p.m. Monday, April 21, with battery and criminal damage to property following police investigation of a battery report in the 300 block of Elmer Road.
On Tuesday, April 22:
Police were dispatched for a report of suspicious activity at 2:48 p.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street. Officers checked the area and everything appeared fine.
Police responded at 11:51 p.m. to a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of Heidi Court. Officers checked the area and everything was OK.
On Wednesday:
Police were dispatched to the New Glarus High School for a check welfare on a student at 8:30 a.m. Everything was fine and no further action was taken.
