MONROE - Garrett K. Rufener, 21, Monticello, was arrested on charges of first offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, prohibited alcohol concentration, open intoxicants, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop around 8 p.m. Friday in the W4300 block of County EE. Rufener was released pending court.

• Deputies responded to a report of stolen signs around 9 p.m. Saturday in the 6400 block of Tin Can Road in Albany township. A. Nicholas R. Iverson, 20, of rural Albany, was arrested for the theft of road signs, as well as for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Iverson also was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant, prohibited alcohol concentration and open intoxicants in motor vehicle. Iverson was booked and posted bond for the theft and possession charges. He was cited and released on the other charges.
