A traffic complaint was reported at 8:05 a.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.
A deputy responded at 10:25 a.m. to Fork Road in Wiota Township for a welfare check.
Suspicious activity was reported at 1:47 p.m. on South Lake Road in Fayette Township.
On April 21:
A deputy assisted Darlington Police at 1:36 a.m. on Main Street in Darlington with a disorderly conduct complaint. Paramount Ambulance assisted on scene.
Donavan L. Smith, Hazel Green, was arrested by the Grant County Sheriff's Office at 1:49 a.m. for a valid Lafayette County warrant. Smith was transported to the Lafayette County Jail and later was released on a cash bond.
An erratic driver was reported at 4:19 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Argyle Township.
Jett T. Rufenacht, 17, Gratiot, was cited for speeding at 8:42 a.m. on County KK, Gratiot Township.
A domestic dispute was reported at 9:16 a.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.
An animal running at large was reported at 10:33 a.m. on Pickanax Street in Shullsburg.
Debris on the roadway was reported at 11:13 a.m. on Riverside Road in Wiota Township.
A deputy assisted with a vehicle unlock at 1:02 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township.
Raeann Sanders, 18, Darlington, was cited for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance at 1:33 p.m. on County Shop Road, Darlington Township.
Ryan P. Hagen, 30, Dubuque, Iowa, reported striking a dog at 3:48 p.m. on Wis. 11, Gratiot Township. Hagen's 1999 Honda sustained minor damage.
Catrina M. A. Fagan, 18, Benton, was cited for operating without a valid license and operating a vehicle without proof of insurance at 4:31 p.m. on Wis. 11, Shullsburg Township.
An ATV complaint was reported at 4:57 p.m. on County W in New Diggings Township, and several citations were issued as a result. Joshua J. Ginter, 30, Peosta, Iowa, was cited for operating an ATV other than in designated areas. Scott A. Goins, 42, Peosta, Iowa, Jason L. Reimer, 38, Hazel Green; Douglas M. Gauer, 47, Dubuque, Iowa; and Anthony L. Callan, 29, Hazel Green, were all cited for operating an ATV contrary to posted sign.
A deputy assisted Cuba City Police at 8:27 p.m. on County H in Benton Township with a traffic stop.

Benjamin T. Gibson, 20, Apple Valley, Minnesota, was cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle at 12:18 p.m. on U.S. 151, Kendall Township.
A deputy responded at 12:57 a.m. to Main Street in Gratiot for a welfare check.
Livestock on the roadway was reported at 4:44 a.m. on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township.
Theft was reported at 8:14 a.m. on Alvin Street in Blanchardville.

Cory A. Williams, 40, Janesville, was cited for operating a UTV in a reckless manner at 2:16 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail, Village of Gratiot.
Kyle M. Held, 23, Evansville, was cited for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate on the Cheese Country Trail, Wayne Township.
A deputy responded at 5:03 p.m. to East Liberty Street in Belmont for a 911 misdial. Wisconsin State Patrol assisted on scene.
Disorderly conduct was reported at 8:38 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township. Kyle L. Harwick, 25, Belmont, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. Harwick was transported to the Lafayette County Jail and was later released on a cash bond.
