MONROE - On Tuesday, April 16:
Felisha N. Fuchs, 18, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct after the manager of an apartment complex in the 800 block of 6th Street came into the police station at 6:11 p.m. to complain that Fuchs, a resident in the apartment complex, had screamed and yelled at her. Fuchs has been warned in the past for similar behavior.
Police responded to a call at 1:31 a.m. from a residence in the 2000 block of 9th Street reporting that a 17-year-old male was having a possible overdose. The teen was transported to Monroe Clinic for treatment.
An overflowing trash container was reported at 11:58 a.m. in the 2300 block of 17th Avenue. Garbage was blowing into an adjoining property. An officer contacted the waste disposal company, and someone came to take care of it. The container had inadvertently been missed on recent collection rounds.
An officer on patrol saw a 17-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy smoking in the area of 16th Avenue and 26th Street between noon and 1 p.m. The officer warned both for underage smoking and called their parents.
Police responded to a complaint at 3:20 p.m. that men hanging out in front of a business in the 1700 block of 11th Street were making comments to passing girls and using derogatory language. They were warned to stop.
Police followed up on a tip at 7:47 p.m. that a 27-year-old Monroe man with possible warrants was at a Laundromat in the 2900 block of 13th Street. Records indicated he had valid warrants, but he had paperwork to show he'd taken care of them. He was released on the promise that he'd go to the Green County Justice Center the next day to settle any pending paperwork.
Police responded at 8:31 p.m. to the 1900 block of 11th Avenue for complaints and counter-complaints between a group of people over harassing text messages. All were warned to stop.
A set of keys was reported found at the Green County fairgrounds at 8:45 p.m. To claim, call dispatch at 608-329-2400.
A wallet was reported lost somewhere in Monroe at 8:46 p.m. If found, call dispatch.

MONROE - Howard A. Hahn, 56, New Glarus, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, to a residence on County NN in New Glarus Township. He was jailed pending court or bond.

DARLINGTON - Richard C. Lewis, 56, Argyle, was cited for failure to fasten his seatbelt at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, on Spring Brook Road in Wiota Township.
