Monroe Police

MONROE - On Tuesday, April 9:

• Riley Scott Henning, 22, and Brittanie M. Henning, 19, both of Monroe, were charged with disorderly conduct after police responded at 3:45 p.m. to a report of a fight at a residence in the 100 block of North 20th Avenue. Both sustained minor injuries. Riley Henning was jailed. His signature bond was set Wednesday at $500 and his next court appearance is May 21. Brittanie Henning has her initial appearance in court April 29.

• Katie I. Berg, 17, and Felisha N. Fuchs, 18, both of Monroe, were cited for retail theft at 7:17 p.m. at Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W. They allegedly shoplifted a computer router valued at about $45.

• People hanging out in Twining Park were warned at 12:35 a.m. not to be in the park afterhours, after an officer on patrol observed them on the swings.

• A property owner in the 2900 block of 16th Street was issued a warning notice at 8:15 a.m. for having a vehicle parked on grass in the yard. An officer on patrol observed the violation.

• A property owner in the 2300 block of 16th Avenue was issued a warning notice at 11:24 a.m. for having a vehicle with expired plates parked in the yard. An officer on patrol observed the violation.

• Police responded at 12:27 p.m. to an anonymous complaint that a resident in the 500 block of West 21st Street leaves a dog outside year-round. The animal was inside when an officer arrived and appeared to be healthy.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Charles Z. Knuteson, 22, Brooklyn, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance after a deputy responded at 4:18 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, to a deer vs. vehicle collision in the N9100 block of Freidig Road in Brooklyn Township. Knuteson was uninjured. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, April 9:

• Kent R. Johnson, 29, Blanchardville, was taken into custody at 4:03 p.m. at a residence in Blanchardville. He had outstanding warrants issued by Lafayette County, Iowa County, the Darlington Police Department and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed.

• A deputy took a report at 9:23 a.m. of harassment on Wisconsin 23 in Willow Springs Township. The case involved neighbors having issues with a shared driveway.

• A deputy assisted Darlington police at 6:03 p.m. by retrieving a piece of medical assistance equipment that had blown from a yard and into the lane of traffic on Galena Street in Darlington.
