There will be no garbage or recycling collection on Monday, May 30 due to the Memorial Day holiday, the City of Monroe said. Garbage and recycling collection normally scheduled for Monday will be collected on Tuesday, May 31.

City officials ask residents to have items at the curb by 7 a.m.
