MONROE - The City of Monroe Streets and Sanitation Department has begun hauling mulch to the parking lot by the bandshell at Twining Park. Mulch will be hauled to the parking lot as time and weather permits.
Only Monroe residents may get mulch from this location. The mulch is not meant the be hauled away with bucket-type equipment, including skid steer, endloader and a tractor with bucket.
Delivery of a 5-yard load of mulch is available for $40 , payable in advance at the street department or at the treasurer's office.
