MONROE - Julie A. Brinkman, 43, Belleville, was arrested for a warrant issued by Dane County and cited for improper stop and driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 2 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of 26th Avenue. She was jailed.
• Daniel F. Baumgartner, 22, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense driving after revocation, non-registration of a vehicle and failure to wear a seatbelt following a traffic stop at about 4:30 p.m. Friday at Wisconsin 69 and Wis. 11. He was released pending court.
