Lynn Kent Disch, 52, of Monroe, WI, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at the U.W. Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born on September 26, 1963 in Stoughton, WI to Linda L. Drake and Larry K. Disch. Lynn graduated from Evansville High School in 1981. He attended college at U.W.-Rock and U.W. Madison, and attained a degree from Worsham College in Mortuary Science in 1987. He worked at Stuessy Funeral Home in Monroe, WI from 1984-1987 and in Albany, WI until 1991. He was married to Betty Eileen Schumacher of Evansville, WI, on July 16, 1988. Their daughter Tabatha Jo Disch, was born on May 28, 1990. Lynn bought a funeral home in Moab, UT in 1991, which became Disch Funeral Home. Betty and Lynn divorced in 1992. Betty later passed away on April 10, 1999. Lynn's son, Christopher Brigham, was born on March 20, 1993 to Amy Brigham of Evansville, WI. Lynn and his daughter Tabatha were in a near-fatal car accident in 2005 which left Lynn paralyzed from the waist down. He remained in Utah until 2007, when he returned to Wisconsin. Lynn was a strong individual, who know hardship.

Lynn is survived by his mother, Linda Lee Drake of Evansville, WI, his brothers, Mark Robert Disch of Dallas, TX, Shane Randall Disch of Evansville, WI, Cheyenne Lynn Disch of Janesville, his foster brother, Duwayne Cook of Janesville, WI, his daughter, Tabatha Jo Disch of Moab, UT, his son, Christopher Brigham of Evansville, WI, his granddaughter, Lillaauna Betty Morris of Moab, UT, his nephew, Tyson Gator Disch of Janesville, WI and his two beloved kitties, Tigger and B'lue. Lynn is preceded in death by his father, Larry Kent Disch of Madison, WI, and his grandparents, Benjamin B. and Emma Waelti Disch of WI, and Clarence and Elizabeth "Doris" Hasse Drake of WI.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday January 5, 2015 in Maple Hill Cemetery Evansville. Ward-Hurtle Funeral Home Evansville is assisting the family.
