Monroe Police

MONROE — Austin D. Flood, 25, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of intentionally abusing a hazardous substance and resisting an officer at 4:18 p.m. July 16 in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue. He was also charged with a violation of his probation. He was jailed.

● Kyle J. Kempfer, 20, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of violating a restraining order at 11:19 p.m. July 19 at a residence in the Town of New Glarus. He was jailed. The New Glarus Police Department assisted.

● Jerome W. Cherney Jr., 65, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse laws at 5:28 p.m. July 22 in the 2200 block of West 2nd Avenue. He was released after posting bond. 

On July 23: 

●  Chase A.R. Slonkier, 19, Evansville, was arrested on a second-offense charge of underage drinking and being in park after hours at 12:52 a.m. He was released to a responsible party. 

●  John T. Wandrey, 39, Baraboo, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor retail theft at 10:36 a.m. in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West. He was released after posting bond. 

●  Thomas E. Deyo, 32, North Freedom, was arrested on an outstanding body only warrant through Sauk County at 11:51 p.m. in the 2600 block of 10th Street. He was jailed. 

●  Philip S. Tackett, 59, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court for a disorderly conduct case at 5:44 p.m. July 24 in the 2500 block of 9th Street. He was released after posting bond. 


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On July 27: 

●  Shaun L. Koss, 40, Albany, was arrested on an outstanding child support warrant at 1:44 a.m. on South Cincinnati Street and County E, Town of Albany as a result of driving on a closed road. He was also cited for driving without a valid license, his third offense within three years. He was jailed. 

●  Victor Paske, 50, was arrested on a charge of domestic related disorderly conduct at 9:13 p.m. in the W6000 block of Buehler Road, Town of Monroe. He was released after posting bond.


Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Sisekelo M. Mabuza, 27, Decorah, Iowa, was cited for driving without valid license at 8:23 p.m. July 21 on Wis. 23. 

●  Ulysses J. Gomez-Cervantes, 21, Rockford, was cited for possession of marijuana at 8:28 p.m. July 22 on Wis. 23. 

On July 25: 

●  Benjamin Anderson, 30, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension at 7 a.m. on Wis. 23. 

●  Alaa Sadaqa, 25, Oak Lawn, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 1 p.m. on Wis. 81.
