Kenneth A. Davis, 77, of Ashwaubenon, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 11, 1933 in Monroe, Wisconsin to the late Roy and Pearl (Bailey) Davis. He served in the Unites States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and earned a B.S. degree from University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. On August 19, 1970, he married the former Nancy Wagner.

Ken enjoyed the sun, motorcycling, Mexico trips, football, and golf (sometimes). Ken often said he had to go home because he had "things to do."

He is survived by his wife Nancy; one son and daughter-in-law: Jeff and Denise Davis of California; four daughters and sons-in-law: Tamara and Bill Wensil of North Carolina, Anne and Dan Groebner of Arizona, Liane and Bill Fisher of North Carolina, and Kim and Dane Saari of Greenleaf; one sister and brother-in-law: Joan and Bob "Charlie" Nelson; six grandchildren: Jesse Marble, Tom Wensil, Tim Wensil, Ericka Saari, Megan Saari, and Danny Groebner; one great-grandson Nicco Marble; and his beloved dog Coach.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jerry and Gene, and sister Lois.

Visitation for Ken will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. when a memorial service will take place with Rev. Tamara Wensil to officiate. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Ken's name to Unity Hospice.
