June T. (Robertson) Geiger, age 86, of Monroe, died on Monday, July 28, 2014 with her loved ones by her side. She was born on June 13, 1928 in Appleton, the daughter of Julius and Catherine (Janssen) Robertson. June and Leon "Lee" Geiger were married on June 10, 1950 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Appleton.

June was a homemaker and was a stay at home mom raising her loving children.

June was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church, founder of Swiss Attic Fanciers Quester Club serving as president for many years. She also was member of the Monroe Country Club. In1993 Leon and June purchased the Monroe Clinic building, donated it to the Monroe School District and helped raise the funds to remodel it to the Monroe Public Library.

She is survived by her children, Steven (Jean) Geiger of Monroe, Mark (Chris) Geiger of Verona, David (Val Pick) Geiger of Monroe, Susan (Gary) Becker of Monroe; grandchildren, Jeff (Stephanie) Geiger, Katie Geiger, Shannon (Josh) Golackson, Lindsey Geiger, Michael Geiger, Dan Becker, Jacob Geiger, and Jon Becker; great-grandchildren: Marcus Williams and Mia Golackson; and sister, Jane Ruth of Appleton.

She is predeceased by her parents, Julius and Catherine Robertson, husband, Lee, granddaughter, Kathleen Geiger, brother, Maurice "Maurie" Robertson, sisters, Dolores "Lorie" Kunstman, Mildred "Millie" Welbes, Mertyle "Mert" Reitzner and Mary Mills.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church with Fr. Larry Bakke Celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at noon at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in June's memory.
