LIVINGSTON - Janice Rae Blum, age 69, of Livingston, died on Sunday, April 13, 2008 at Upland Hills Health. She was born on September 21, 1938 in Monroe, the daughter of the late Marvin and Edna (Winden) Severson. She graduated from Argyle High School in 1957. On November 6, 1958, she married Fredrick "Fred" Blum in Argyle at the Lutheran Church. She loved puzzling, fishing, crocheting, playing video games, Texas Hold 'Em, garage sales, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Janice is survived by her husband, Fred; her children, Steve (Roseanne) Blum, Cindy (Bill Mick) Blum, Julie (Jennifer White) Blum, Larry (Darlene) Blum, Terry (Maria Wilson) Blum, Jerry Blum, Dennis (Leslie) Blum; grandchildren, Renee, Brittany, Jennifer, Brandon, Danielle, Mariah; her brothers and sisters, Laverne (Donna) Severson, Milfred (Judy) Severson, Carol (Marshall) John, Diana (Gary Godfrey) Severson; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Virgil Severson and her sister, Mary Lou Udelhoven.

A gathering of family and friends will be celebrated from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville.
