James D. Otteson, age 62, of Monroe, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home. He was born on April 20, 1953 in Monroe, the son of Donovan and Jean (Watkins) Otteson.
James was employed with Greenco Industries. He was involved with the Sons of the Legionnaires, Special Olympics and Badger Camp.
He is survived by his mother, Jean Otteson of Monroe; brothers, Jeffrey (Carol) Otteson of Tucson, AZ; Eric (Cynthia) Otteson, Dirk (Colleen) Otteson both of Poynette; and his loving caretakers, Peggy Raab and her sisters.
He is predeceased by his father, Donovan O. Otteson in 2001.
Memorial services will be Friday, May 8th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe, with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, May 8th, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. until time of service at the Funeral Home.
A memorial fund is being established in Jim's memory.
