Leander E. "Lee" Kirsch, 95, Monroe, died Tuesday, June 27, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon Monday, July 3, 2017, at St. Victor Catholic Church, Monroe. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the noon mass Monday at the church. The Newcomer Funeral Home in Monroe is in charge of arrangements.
