Julie Underwood, Dean of the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is substituting for Chancellor Carolyn "Biddy" Martin, as speaker in the Monroe Arts Center's Distinguished Speaker Series event at 7 p.m. tonight (Thursday, April 15), at the Monroe Arts Center. A reception in Frehner Gallery immediately follows the presentation.
