Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Common Council and various committees of the City of Monroe may be present at the Arbor Day Celebration and tree planting at Twining Park on Friday, April 27th at 11:00 AM.

No official City business will be acted upon.

This notice is issued pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
