The court Oct. 31 scheduled a Nov. 18 district attorney conference for Bryden K. Hanson, 22, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to drug charges.
Court records allege he had several bags of cocaine and marijuana in his possession Sept. 28 in Monroe. He was within 1,000 feet of a park at the time of his arrest. He also struggled with officers, kicked a squad car and also had a digital scale in his possession at the time of the incident. He was convicted of resisting an officer and criminal damage to property in 2007 and 2005.
He is charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, a class D felony; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a class I felony; resisting an officer and criminal damage to property, both class A misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor, all as a repeat offender. He faces more than 38 years in prison and more than $130,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $4,250 signature bond and a $750 cash bond.
The court Wednesday scheduled a Dec. 16 district attorney conference for Derrick A. Schwartzlow, 27, Albany, who pleaded not guilty to forgery and theft charges.
Court records allege he wrote five checks from another person's account in August in Albany. He received about $9,000 from the five checks.
He is charged with five counts of forgery, all class H felonies, and two counts of theft, both class A misdemeanors. He faces more than 31 years in prison and up to $70,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $2,700 signature bond and a $300 cash bond.
The court Wednesday scheduled a Dec. 16 district attorney conference and entered a plea of not guilty for Stephanie A. Leinbach, 19, Brodhead, who stood mute to battery, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.
Court records allege she kicked a police officer, pounded on a door and kicked a window in a squad car after she was taken into custody Oct. 26 in Brodhead.
She is charged with attempted battery to a police officer, a class H felony, resisting an officer, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to four years in prison and up to $16,000 in fines, if convicted.
She remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.

He is charged with possession of marijuana, a class I felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an unclassified misdemeanor. He faces more than three years in prison and more than $10,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $2,000 signature bond.

He is charged with physical abuse of a child, a class H felony. He faces up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.
