DeWayne P. Williams, 36, Browntown, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possessing marijuana, second offense, a Class I Felony. He had charges of possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed. Williams was ordered to serve two days in jail and owes the court $969. Court records indicate Williams was arrested Nov. 16 for possessing 13 individually wrapped packages of marijuana in his pants pockets, totaling 13.8 grams, as well as an electronic scale and a blunt.
Tyler J. Meyer, 28, Blanchardville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of resisting an officer. He had felony charges of providing inappropriate identification dismissed. Meyer owes the court $505. Court records indicate Meyer was speeding on County J when a sheriff's deputy stopped him and Meyer gave the officer his brother's name instead of his own. His brother later called the assistant district attorney and said Meyer had used his name.

Armendarez has six months of imprisonment with work release privileges and 14 years of probation with conditions that he not drink or consume any controlled substances, enter bars or liquor stores, undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes as a condition of his probation. Armendarez owes $1,275 in restitution fees to the victim of the theft and $176 to the court. Court records indicate Armendarez broke into a home on March 4, 2013 with an accomplice and stole various items such as: a pack of Marlboro cigarettes, several items of jewelry and a gun. He also caused damage to the front door of the residence that was burglarized by kicking in the bottom panel.
