Kyle Scot Peotter, 17, Monroe, was released on a $750 signature bond Friday, May 31, after he made an initial appearance in court on two Class A misdemeanor charges related to an April 25 incident. The criminal complaint alleges Peotter broke into a trailer home in the 400 block of West 21st Street and took a Wii gaming system and controllers, a "Glee" game, four 24-ounce bottles of Coke and two pairs of silver earrings and other jewelry. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled for July 17.
