GREEN COUNTY FELONIES
Bradley Munz, 26, Monroe, was charged Friday with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor knowingly violating a domestic abuse injunction after he allegedly entered the workplace of a woman who has a restraining order against him. Police records indicate after Munz made his initial appearance by video Friday, the court set a $2,000 signature bond that orders him to have no contact with the victim, her residence or her place of employment. Munz allegedly went into her workplace at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday and walked by her work area, while looking directly at the woman. He did not say anything to her, she reportedly told police. Court records indicate a domestic abuse injunction filed in 2013 orders Munz to stay at least 100 yards away from the woman, her residence and her workplace. According to police reports, he told investigators he was at her workplace on other business. The bail jumping charges stem from Munz's having contact with the victim, which he was ordered not to do as part of a $1,000 signature bond he signed in another case in 2013, and his committing a new crime. He has a preliminary hearing July 7.
