Green County

Felonies

• Lucas Stanley Rittenhouse, 22, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $1,000 on Monday with additional conditions that he not leave the state or Green or Rock counties without permission from the court. Rittenhouse has a charge of felony bail jumping that stems from an incident that occurred on May 7. He violated conditions of bond for multiple pending charges including felony burglary and theft. Part of bond demanded he stay at his residence between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Court records indicate he was stopped just before 1 a.m. after an officer ran his license plates and found he was revoked from driving.



Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Shaun M. Kelley, 21, Monroe, had a signature bond set at $2,000 with additional conditions that he not drink, do drugs and submit to blood and breath tests as requested. Kelley's charge of misdemeanor bail jumping stems from an incident that occurred on April 17. He was out on bond from a pending case with charges of driving while intoxicated, second offense, with conditions that he not drink, do drugs or enter bars and liquor stores. He has a status conference scheduled for Aug. 4.

• Issah N. Mazahreh, had a signature bond set at $500 with additional conditions that he have no abusive contact with the victims of his alleged charges. Mazahreh is charged with two Class B misdemeanor counts, one for sending threatening text messages and one for disorderly conduct. He also has a Class A misdemeanor count of battery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Jan. 6, 2013. Court records indicate he hit and kicked his estranged wife, sent her threatening texts and threw a small metal trampoline at her, bruising her. Mazahreh has a pre-trial conference set for July 1.

• Abiga J. Terrell, 28, Hazel Green, had a signature bond set at $1,000 for a charge of theft of moveable property. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Jan. 21. Court records allege Terrell stole at least $900 worth of inventory and property from his then-employer Schulz Automotive in Monroe. He has a status conference set for Aug. 4.



Lafayette County

Misdemeanors

On Monday:

• Ashley R. Love, 31, Rewey, had a signature bond set at $500 for a forfeiture charge of possessing marijuana. The charges stems from an incident that occurred on March 20. Court records indicate Love was arrested for possession after a traffic stop on Wisconsin 23 in Darlington. She has a pre-trial conference set for July 15.

• Kyle B. Steiner, 23, Brodhead, had a signature bond set at $750 for forfeiture charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 20. Police reports show Steiner was arrested following a traffic stop on East Louisa Street, Darlington. He has an adjourned initial appearance set for June 23.
