GREEN COUNTY FELONIES

Jamie Alan Coogan, 39, Mineral Point, faces four felony charges, filed in a criminal complaint Friday, June 29, that he stole doctor's slips from the Mineral Point Medical Center to forge a prescription on April 13 for 90 Oxycodone pills (30 milligram) at Monroe's Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W. He is charged with two Class H felony counts of forgery, a Class H felony count of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and a Class I felony count of possessing narcotic drugs. He is also facing related charges in Dane County that he forged a prescription at a Walgreens on Raymond Road in Madison on April 27.

MISDEMEANORS

- Jennifer K. Metz, 37, Monroe, has an initial appearance July 16 on a Class A misdemeanor charge, filed in a criminal complaint Friday, June 29, that she wrote a worthless check of $55.68 to the Cenex Southern Wisconsin Co-op, 2914 13th St., on April 28 in Monroe.

- Andrea Kay Anderson, 30, Monticello, has an initial appearance July 16 on a Class A misdemeanor charge, filed in a criminal complaint Friday, June 29, that she wrote a worthless check of $239.50 to the Monticello PTO on Oct. 17.
