Misdemeanors

• The court Friday scheduled a March 26 plea and sentencing hearing for Jason R. Clark, 27, Brodhead, who is charged with bail jumping.

Court records allege he was drinking alcohol July 25 in Monroe in violation of his bond for third-offense drunken driving and third-offense driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration.

He is charged with bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He faces up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

• The court Thursday entered into an 18-month deferred prosecution agreement for Zachary B. Elsner, 23, Brodhead, who pleaded no contest to battery.

He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A misdemeanor.

Court records indicate he hit a man in the face, fractured several teeth and broke the man's nose July 27 in Juda.

• The court Wednesday entered into a one-year deferred prosecution agreement with Michael R. Fricks, 20, Monroe, who pleaded no contest to battery and two counts of disorderly conduct.

He faced up to 15 months in jail and up to $12,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class A and class B misdemeanors.

Court records indicate he hit a woman in the chest and arms June 2 in Clarno township, and he pushed a woman to the ground June 10 in Monroe.

• The court Monday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a Feb. 16 district attorney conference for Joseph A. Stehura, 22, Monroe, who stood mute to bail jumping.

Court records allege he drank alcohol while on bond for second-offense drunken driving Jan. 5 in Monroe.

He is charged with bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. He faces up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.

He remains free on a $500 signature bond.

• The court Monday scheduled an April 20 district attorney conference for Christine A. Dagle, 45, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to battery and disorderly conduct.

Court records allege she hit a man in the face Oct. 24 in a Monroe township business.

She is charged with battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $750 signature bond.

In a second case, she pleaded not guilty to battery and disorderly conduct charges.

Court records allege she hit and argued with a man Dec. 28 at a Monroe residence.

She is charged with battery, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. She faces up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.

She remains free on a $750 signature bond.

Her district attorney conference is April 20.
