Brenda Jean Mick, 30, Argyle, was found guilty due to a guilty plea for two counts of burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon and one count of theft of moveable property. Mick will serve 13 years in state prison with nine years of probation and restitution costs to the two victims for a total of $1,625. The charges stem from an incident that took place on March 4, 2013. Court records indicate Mick and her son burglarized a home on White Side Road in Wiota. Her son kicked in a door and they stole jewelry and miscellaneous items. She owes a fine of $528.

Rachel A. Reuter, 23, Platteville, was found guilty due to a no-contest plea of driving while intoxicated, third offense, on Wednesday. Reuter will serve 42 days in jail with work-release privileges, two years of probation with conditions that she not drink, do drugs or enter bars and liquor stores, undergo alcohol and other drugs assessment classes, have her driver's license revoked for 36 months and install an ignition interlock device for a period of 36 months upon relicensing. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26, 2013. Police were called by a citizen complaint of an erratic driver on County XX. Reuter's vehicle was found in the ditch, she was uninjured. She owes a fine of $2,496.
