Felonies

• Dustyn M. Bahr, 20, Freeport, pleaded no contest April 28 to a misdemeanor charge of cocaine possession, amended from a previous felony charge of delivering cocaine. He was sentenced to 12 months on probation, concurrent with a case in Stephenson County, Ill., and ordered to undergo any recommended alcohol- and drug-abuse counseling. He owes the court $401. Records indicate Bahr delivered 3.9 grams of cocaine in Feb. 2014 to a confidential informant with the State Line Area Narcotics Team in the Piggly Wiggly customer parking lot in the 700 block of 8th Street in Monroe.

• William Harry Harmon III, 44, Monroe, pleaded no contest April 28 to a Class G felony charge of possessing a firearm as a felon. He is fined $906. Records indicate Harmon possessed a Remington semi-automatic .243 caliber rifle with a Bushnell scope in an apartment in the 300 block of South Garfield Street in Monticello in December 2013. As a convicted felon, dating back to his 1994 conviction for forgery, Harmon is barred from possessing firearms.
