MISDEMEANORS

- Matthew Wayne Schmid, 31, Monroe, pleaded no contest Monday, April 23, to a misdemeanor charge of possessing .05 grams of marijuana. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, minus 44 days of jail credit accumulated since his arrest Jan. 17. Court records indicate law enforcement found the marijuana under the floor mat of a vehicle during a traffic stop in Albany. Schmid is also ordered to pay $243.

- Justin Lee Buelteman, 18, Monroe, pleaded no contest Wednesday, April 25, to a misdemeanor charge of possessing three Adderall pills. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, minus 30 days of jail credit accumulated since his arrest March 23. Court records indicate Monroe police found the pills between the seat cover and passenger seat of a vehicle during a traffic stop in the 700 block of 15th Avenue. A charge of possessing a "multi-colored pot pipe" was dismissed.

FELONIES

- A warrant was filed Wednesday, April 25, for the arrest of Christopher H. Stevens, 31, address unknown, on four Class I felony counts of failure to pay child support for his 10-year-old son for more than four months at a time between November 2008 and July 2011.
