The court Monday scheduled a June 16 district attorney conference for Daniel Perdue, 29, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct.
Court records allege he pushed a woman to the floor and blocked the door to prevent her from leaving April 9 in a Monroe residence.
He is charged with false imprisonment, a class H felony; battery, a Class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He faces up to seven years in prison and up to $21,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $2,500 signature bond.
MISDEMEANORS
The court Monday scheduled a June 16 district attorney conference for Shawn A. O'Neill, 35, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a traffic stop.
Court records allege he ran from officers after a traffic stop, struggled with them while being taken into custody, and had about 5 grams of marijuana and a pipe to smoke marijuana in his possession March 17 in Monroe.
He is charged with obstructing an officer and resisting an officer, both Class A misdemeanors, and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors. He faces more than two years in jail and more than $20,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $1,500 signature bond.

Court records indicate he argued and fought with a woman and punched a television March 20 in Monroe.
He is charged with criminal damage to property, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He faces up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $1,000 signature bond.

Court records allege he grabbed a woman's shirt and pulled her out of a chair March 23 in Monroe.
He is charged with disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $600 signature bond.
