MONROE - Allen M. Kleeman, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Pleasant View in Monroe. He was born on May 3, 1933 to his parents John and Elsie (Willey) Kleeman at Clinton City, IA. On October 3, 1953 Allen was united in marriage to Hazel O'Donnell at Fort Smith, Arkansas. Allen farmed and then later worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, crossword puzzles, and euchre.

Allen is survived by his son Dennis (Pam) Kleeman of Orfordville, WI, daughters Debbie (Dan) Boley of Oregon, WI, Linda (Rich) Kivi of Tuscon, AZ, and Mary (Steve) McCullough of Mesa, AZ, a daughter-in-law Phyllis (Jerry) Kleeman-Meisel of New Glarus, WI, eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, and a sister Fern (John) Williams of Geneseo, IA,

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Hazel, two sons Bill and David, three infant daughters Debra, Linda, and Tabitha, and a son-in-law Bob Willoughby.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Monroe.
