MONROE — Jeffrey W. Kees, 41, Juda, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 7:48 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, following an investigation into a report of a vehicle striking garbage carts in the 2300 block of 15th Street and leaving the scene. The vehicle was followed and stopped at 18th Street and County K, and Kees was found to be the driver. He was later released to a responsible person pending court.

MONROE — Isreal Galindo, 82, Beloit, was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and cited for speeding in the W3700 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, at 5:21 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6. He was jailed pending court or posting of bond.
● Randall R. Smith, 54, Monticello, was cited for retail theft after deputies investigated a report of theft from Brodhead Veterinary Medical Center, W1175 Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove, at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7.
On Wednesday, Jan. 8:
● Chad A. Davis, 32, Brooklyn, was arrested on a Department of Corrections hold at 11:55 a.m. at the Probation and Parole Office. He was jailed.
● Joseph C. Karalis, 44, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections hold at 3:50 p.m. at the Probation and Parole Office. He was jailed.
● Trever L. Martin, 26, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 5:50 p.m. at the Green County Sheriff’s Office. He was jailed.

MONROE — On Wednesday, Jan. 1:
● Hailey M. Zuber, 16, New Glarus, was cited for speeding and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle at 12:49 a.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe. A 16-year-old passenger was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia.
● Jeffery W. Moffitt, 43, Janesville, was arrested on a third-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after deputies stopped him for speeding (111 mph in a 55 mph zone) at 1:42 a.m. in the W2000 block of Wis. 11, Town of Spring Grove. He was also cited for speeding and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was jailed pending bond or court. Brodhead police assisted deputies on scene.
● Larry A. Strothman, 32, Juda, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant at 10:52 a.m. at a residence in the N900 block of County S, Town of Jefferson. He was jailed.
● Cameron P. O’Haver, 25, McConnell, Illinois, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to a dwelling after deputies responded to a report of a domestic abuse-related disturbance in the W2400 block of Swann Street, Town of Brooklyn, at 8:48 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2. Belleville police assisted deputies on scene. O’Haver was taken to the jail, then released after bond was posted.
On Friday, Jan. 3:
● Cody L. Faith, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on a probation hold placed on him by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. He was jailed.
● At 11:58 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a traffic complaint on a vehicle traveling southbound on Wis. 69 near Wis. 92 in Dane County approaching Green County. It was reported the vehicle was being driven all over the road and swerving into oncoming traffic. Deputies located the vehicle at 12:08 a.m. in the N4500 block of Wis. 69, Town of Monroe, and stopped it for speeding. The driver, Ryan G. Lewis, 27, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs as well as charges of felony possession of a Schedule 1 narcotic (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for speeding. He was jailed pending court.
On Saturday, Jan. 4:
● Angel M. Koppes, 55, Albany, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping after deputies and Albany police responded at 9:59 a.m. to the N5700 block of Frances Drive, Town of Albany, for a 911 call. She was jailed pending court or bond being posted.
