● Harvey L. McNaught, 49, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended vehicle registration.

● Perry P. Thuli, 55, Brodhead, was cited for exceeding speed zones.
On Jan. 28:
● A juvenile was cited for exceeding speeding zones.
● Alyssa D. Fisher, 29, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license and displaying an unauthorized license plate.
On Jan. 31:
● Barbara E. Phipps, 58, Poynette, was cited for displaying an unauthorized license plate.
● Shane L. Manning, 39, Albany, was cited for non-registration of an auto.
On Feb. 2:
● Melissa M. McGinn, 42, Albany, was cited for exceeding speeding zones (16-19 mph over).
● Charles A. Meyers, 64, Madison, was cited for exceeding speed zones.
● Alyssa D. Fisher, 29, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license and displaying an unauthorized license plate.
● Randy Seavert, 40, Albany, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.
● Curtis Curry, 23, Madison, was arrested Feb. 8 on a warrant and on a charge of possessing THC.
● Dashawn D. Lomack, 22, Fitchburg, was arrested Feb. 8 on a probation warrant.
● Robert Vogel, 50, Brodhead, was cited Feb. 8 for non-registration of an auto.
● Christie Fry, 43, Albany, was cited Feb. 9 for driving too fast for conditions.

MONROE — On Thursday, Feb. 6:
● Scott W. Bartosik, 61, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections probation and parole warrant at 5:47 p.m. at a residence in the 500 block of West 21st Street. He was jailed.
● David Mendez, 52, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections probation and parole warrant at 10:28 p.m. at a residence in the 1600 block of 12th Street. He was jailed.
On Saturday, Feb. 8:
● Larry L. Crawford, 61, Madison, was arrested on charges of possessing cocaine and drug paraphernalia and on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant for probation or parole violations after officers stopped him for traffic violations at 5:24 a.m. in the 200 block of 18th Avenue. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license and at an unreasonable and imprudent speed. He was jailed pending court.
● Dale J. Graff Jr., 56, Monroe, was cited for an expired vehicle registration and driving with a suspended license in the 1800 block of 9th Street at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11. Police determined Graff was under bond conditions prohibiting driving without a valid license and arrested him for bail jumping. He was jailed pending court.

BRODHEAD — On Monday, Jan. 27:
● A runaway was reported at 11:10 a.m. in the 600 block of East 5th Avenue. The juvenile was located and returned to a guardian.
● A runaway was reported at 5:10 p.m. in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue. It was determined to be a miscommunication between the juvenile and guardian.
● A Brodhead man, 38, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant at 5:56 p.m. in the 800 block of McEwen Street.
On Tuesday, Jan. 28:
● A Juda woman, 28, was cited for non-registration of an auto at 3 p.m. in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● A traffic crash in a parking lot on private property was reported at 3:24 p.m. in the 2100 block of West 9th Avenue.
● A Brodhead man, 34, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 4:09 p.m. in the 700 block of 23rd Street.
● A Janesville man, 42, was cited for speeding at 5:31 p.m. in the 1700 block of 1st Center Avenue.
● Harassment involving unwanted messages through social media was reported at 7:19 p.m. in the 1300 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Wednesday, Jan. 29:
● A Brodhead man, 23, was cited for a heavy truck route violation at 2:24 a.m. in the 1300 block of West 4th Avenue.
On Thursday, Jan. 30:
● A code violation of people in a tavern after hours was reported at 2:04 a.m. in the 1100 block of West 2nd Avenue. No alcohol had been served. A warning was issued.
On Friday, Jan. 31:
● A vehicle parked left of center facing traffic was reported at 2:32 a.m. in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A dog at large was reported at 2:59 a.m. in the 1000 block of West 21st Street. The dog was not located.
● Fraud was reported at 9:59 a.m. in the E400 block of 23rd Street.
● A vehicle in violation of the city’s Junk Vehicle ordinance was reported at 12:26 p.m. in the 600 block of West 3rd Avenue. A warning was issued.
● A Brodhead man, 17, was cited for failure to stop for a school bus at 2:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of West 9th Avenue.
● A vehicle parked in an assigned parking stall was reported at 4:58 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street. Police made contact, and the vehicle was removed.
On Saturday, Feb. 1:
● A verbal altercation was reported at 7 p.m. in the 1200 block of East 6th Avenue.
● A vehicle traveling all over the roadway was reported at 11:21 p.m. in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue. The vehicle was not located.
For the week of Feb. 2-8, police performed 21 security checks, 39 citizen assists, nine assists of other agencies, eight follow-ups to incidents and 11 vehicle registrations; responded to 31 calls for service, six EMS calls, three fire calls and four 911 or BEEMS (Brodhead Elderly Emergency Monitoring System) calls; and made three traffic stops. No mental health or detox transports were reported.
On Sunday, Feb. 2:
● A Brodhead woman, 41, was cited for parking left of center facing traffic at 1:28 a.m. in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue.
● A dog running at large was reported at 2:52 a.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The owner was not located. The dog was turned over to the Green County Humane Society.
● A Brodhead man, 60, was cited for not having vehicle insurance at 10:53 a.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue.
On Monday, Feb. 3:
● A Brodhead woman, 41, was cited for for parking left of center facing traffic at 1:18 a.m. in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue.
● A residential burglary and theft of cash was reported at 3:34 p.m. in the 400 block of 9th Street.
On Tuesday, Feb. 4:
● A traffic crash was reported at 4:17 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 2nd Avenue. A warning was issued for failure to stop at a stop sign.
On Wednesday, Feb. 5:
● Fraudulent checks were reported at 11:53 a.m. in the 200 block of 17th Street.
● A Brodhead man, 20, was cited for non-registration of an auto and no vehicle insurance after failing to comply with written repair orders issued Jan. 15.
On Thursday, Feb. 6:
● A juvenile was cited for possession of marijuana at 12:58 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue.
On Friday, Feb. 7:
● A Brodhead woman, 41, was cited for parking left of center facing traffic at 12:26 a.m. in the 900 block of East 3rd Avenue.
● A Brodhead man, 23, was cited for parking left of center facing traffic at 12:47 a.m. in the 1600 block of East 5th Avenue.
● A Brodhead man, 23, was cited for parking left of center facing traffic at 12:48 a.m. in the 1600 block of East 5th Avenue.
● A code violation of items left on the terrace was reported at 12 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. A warning was issued.
On Saturday, Feb. 8:
● A gas drive-off was reported at 7:19 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Contact was made, and the matter was resolved.
