On December 3:
● At 5:59 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies, Belleville PD, and Monticello PD were called to a report of domestic abuse at a residence in the W3800 block of Exeter Crossing Rd, Town of Exeter. After an investigation, Amador Rojas, 32, Belleville, was arrested for Domestic DC, Simple Battery, and 3 counts of Physical Abuse to a Child. Rojas was jailed. Green County Detectives and Green County Human Services-Children Youth & Families also assisted at the scene.
On December 6:
● At 6:56 a.m., Deputies responded to the N1000 block of CTH K, in the Town of Jefferson, for a single vehicle crash without injury. The driver, Hayden A. Valdivia, 21, of Dakota, advised he was traveling northbound when a southbound vehicle traveled into his lane. Valdivia said he then swerved into the east shoulder to avoid a collision, lost control of his vehicle, and then entered the west ditch where he struck a culvert and fence. Valdivia advised he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
● At 6:50 p.m., Deputies responded to the W1800 block of Purintun Rd., in the Town of Albany, for a vehicle parked in the roadway. The investigation resulted in the driver, Eric J. Thompson, 41, of Albany, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and Resisting an Officer. Thompson was additionally cited for Possession of Open Intoxicants in his vehicle. Thompson was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On December 8:
● At 12:20 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N3500 block of STH 69, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Tyler L.S. Larson, 27, of Rock City, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and Obstructing. Larson was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On December 9:
● At 2:36 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation in the N3300 block of STH 69, Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the operator, Ashley S. Jordan, 34 of Freeport, being cited for speeding, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jordan was released ending court.
On December 10:
● At 11:46 a.m. Deputies were called to a residence in the W5200 block of Village View Cir in the Town of New Glarus, for a report of a person who entered the residence without permission. Kyle J Kempfer, 23, Monticello, was taken into custody and jailed pending court appearance, or posting of bond.
On December 14:
● At 7:06 a.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding in the N4200 block of STH 69, Town of Monroe. Jonathan A Neblock, 29, of Orangeville, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating without a valid DL. Neblock was released with a court date.
● At 8:23 p.m., Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash in the W6600 block of STH 81, Town of Monroe. Seth M Schmidt, 18, of Monroe, was eastbound when he advised he slid on some ice, and lost control of the vehicle. Schmidt struck a guardrail on the southside of the road ,and then a guardrail post. The vehicle slid along the guardrail until it struck a guardrail post, and turned onto its side. Schmidt reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. There was no airbag deployment, and the vehicle sustained disabling damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
