On August 8:

● At approximately 2:32 a.m., Deputies responded to the W200 block of Atkinson Rd, Town of Albany, for a report of a single vehicle accident. Investigations found that the driver, Thomas J Marlino, 43, of Brodhead was westbound on Atkinson Rd when an animal emerged and he took evasive action. Marlino reported no injuries and there was airbag deployment. Marlino’s vehicle sustained disabling damage as a result. Marlino was cited for failure to maintain vehicle. 

● At approximately 6:44 a.m., Deputies responded to the N2800 block of County Highway GG, Town of Decatur, for a report of an individual creating a disturbance. Investigations resulted in Lacey Hanson, 38, of Brodhead being cited for Disorderly Conduct. Hanson was released with a future court date.

● At approximately 6:48 a.m., Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Mineral St, Village of Albany.Investigations resulted in Tiffeny M Calkins, 34, of Albany, being arrested for disorderly conduct. Calkins was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending the posting of bond or future court date.

● At approximately 11:27 p.m., Deputies located a vehicle parked in a lot in the N2200 block of Cadiz Springs Rd, Town of Cadiz. Investigations resulted in Amanda Pelton, 20, of Belleville and Gunner Stietz, 19, of Warren being cited for possession of THC and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

On August 9:

● At 9:37 a.m., Deputies along with Albany EMS, Albany Fire Department, and Green County Paramedic responded to the W1900 block of County Highway C, in the Town of Brooklyn, for a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Anne R. Vandervort, 75 of Brooklyn, was traveling westbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle entered the south ditch and collided with a tree. Vandervort reported not wearing a seatbelt and the vehicle airbags deployed. Vandervort sustained injuries and was transported by Med Flight to an area hospital for treatment. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. 

On August 10:

● At approximately 7:34 PM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W6400 block of County Highway C, Town of Washington. Investigations resulted in the passenger Caden M Blum, 18, of Monroe, being cited for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Blum was released with a court date.

On August 11:

● At 5:28 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for operating left of center in the N3800 block of STH 59, Town of Sylvester. Investigation resulted in the operator, Honorio Chipahua Chipahua, 29, of Monroe, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (1st). Chipahua was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15), Operating without a Valid license, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, and Operating Left of Center. Chipahua was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

● At 10:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the N7900 block of CTH J, Town of York, for a traffic complaint.  Investigation resulted in Alexander B. Emberson, 19 of Blanchardville being arrested for Violating Absolute Sobriety. Emberson was released pending court.

On August 12:

● At 12:54 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N1800 blk of Ullom Rd, Cadiz Township, for a disturbance.  Investigation resulted in, Jovanny J. Erickson, 19, of that address, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct- Domestic.  Erickson was jailed and released after posting bond.

● At 2:51 p.m., Deputies responded to the N9400 block of CTH CC, Town of Exeter, for a one vehicle roll-over crash with injuries. Investigation found that the driver, Brian Freitag, 62, of New Glarus, was traveling southbound on CTH CC when his vehicle left the roadway. Freitag reported wearing his seatbelt and sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The vehicle’s airbags did not deploy, the vehicle did not sustain disabling damage, and the vehicle was later towed from the scene.

On August 14:

● At 5:16 a.m., Deputies along with Brooklyn EMS and Brooklyn Fire Department responded to the W1400 block of State Highway 92, in the Town of Brooklyn, for a car versus deer crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Cynthia A. Klemm, 54 of Brodhead, was traveling westbound and collided with a deer in the roadway. Klemm reported non-life-threatening injuries, and the vehicle airbags had deployed. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● At 11:45 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe, to assist Department of Corrections Agents. Investigation resulted in Haleigh J. Falsey, 28 of Argyle, being arrested for a Probation Violation. Falsey was incarcerated pending court.
