MONROE — The Monroe High School class of 1998 is hosting a fundraiser in addition to their 20th class reunion to help classmate Christina Foley as she continues her battle with rectal cancer. The fundraiser will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday July 27 at Papa Don’s Horseshow Saloon, 1901 10th Ave., Monroe. There will be a 50-50 raffle and a silent auction. Some auction items include: a weekend stay at the Wegmueller Farm, baskets from Monroe Engraving, New Glarus Brewery, Norwex, DoTerra and more. The event is open to the public. 

All proceeds will go to the Foley family. While there don’t forget to order Monroe’s 2017 Best Burger of Green County.
