MONROE - Shelly Baum, branch manager for Sugar River Bank-Monroe, graduated from the WBA Branch Management School held May 15-17 at the Wintergreen Resort and Conference Center, Wisconsin Dells.
The school was sponsored by the Wisconsin Bankers Association and was instructed by Roger Morin, president of Morin and Associated, Chicago.
Baum has been with Sugar River Banks and the Bank of New Glarus for seven years and was instrumental in opening the Monroe Branch in 2010. She is a member of the Green County Ag Chest, serving as co-chair for its annual Green County Breakfast on the Farm, along with many other community activities.
