MONROE - The Monroe Parks and Recreation Car Wash, sponsored by Anytime Fitness, is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 23 at Piggly Wiggly parking lot, 725 8th St.
Car washes will be $6 per car with donations accepted. All proceeds will go toward City of Monroe Parks and Recreation youth athletic programs.
The event will feature local EMS, fire trucks from the Monroe Fire Department, police cars from the Monroe Police Department and the Anytime Fitness mascot Running Man.
