• The City of Monroe Plan Commission will meet at 5 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a public hearing regarding proposal to amend boundaries of Business Improvement District and proposed 2010 operating budget.

• The City of Monroe Redevelopment Authority Board of Commissioners will meet at 5:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a public hearing regarding blight determination with respect to certain properties owned by Monroe Clinic Inc., on west side of 22nd Avenue between 4th Street and 6th Street, for redevelopment purposes.
