MONTICELLO — The Zwingli Brotherhood men’s group will be grilling 12-ounce rib steaks from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 11 at Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 E. Lake Ave.

The steaks will be served with fresh sweet corn, hash brown potatoes, coleslaw, rolls and an assortment of homemade desserts. A kid’s meal with a hot dog also will be available. Proceeds from the dinner will support Zwingli and Monticello youth programing and scholarships. 

The women’s quartet One Achord will be sharing pop chart hits from the 1950s, 60s and 70s.

Tickets will be pre-sold only, through Aug. 9, and are available from any Brotherhood member or at the Zwingli Church office by calling 938-4369 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 828-817-9055. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
