A group Main Street Monroe and GFWC Monroe Woman’s Club volunteers pose on the southeast corner of the square on Saturday, Oct. 12 after emptying the downtown flowerpots and prepping them for greens, which will be installed on Nov. 8. The flower pots are a year-round, collaborative effort between the two organizations. Main Street extended a special thanks to Julie Buchanan and Dawn Meier for their continued efforts.
