DARLINGTON — Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County (MHLC) announced that Mitchell Whalen, APNP, has signed an employment agreement and will soon become the newest member of the MHLC Primary Care medical staff. 

“I am very excited to welcome our own homegrown talent, Mitchell Whalen, to our MHLC family,” said Kathy Kuepers, Chief Executive Officer of MHLC. “He will be a great addition to our current roster of Primary Care Clinic Providers.”

Mitchell will be joining the MHLC primary care team in September of 2023. 

“I am excited to be starting at MHLC and look forward to starting my journey here,” said Whalen.
