Rebecca Bahn, daughter of George and Barbara Bahn, Monroe, and Justin Mack Foster were united in marriage May 10, 2008. The ceremony took place at The Naval Aviation Memorial Chapel on the Naval Air Station Base (Home of the Blue Angles) in Pensacola, Florida. The Navy chaplain officiated the Christian marriage service. A dinner reception followed at the Mustin Beach Officers Club.
The maid of honor was Brenda Isely, sister of the bride, and flower girl was Katelynn Isely, niece of the bride, both from Monroe. Best man was Gene Foster of Lumberton, Mississippi, father of the groom. Ring bearer was Caleb Walker of Pensacola, friend of the couple.
The bride wore an elegant white satin A-line halter, beaded lace and lace up back wedding dress. Maid of Honor's dress was an Alexia satin beaded A-line, sleeveless with beaded front panel in claret. The flower girl wore US Angels tea-length tulle and satin sleeveless white with claret scattered rosebuds and waist sash.
The groom, groomsman, ring bearer, and ushers wore four button notch satin lapel tuxedos, matching pleated trousers, tuxedo vest, and bow tie.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Monroe High School. She is enlisted on active duty in the US Navy, is an advanced medical laboratory specialists hospital corpsman, and currently stationed at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola.
The groom is a graduate from Brooklyn, Miss., and is an instrumentation technician at Masonite in Laurel, Miss.
The couple has just received orders to Naples, Italy with the US Navy, where they will reside for the next 3 years.
