Dennis and Linda Thompson, Monroe, are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary with an open house from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at the American Legion, Monroe, hosted by their children.
Thompson and Linda Neuenschwander were married May 6, 1972 at St. John's United Church of Christ.
They have three children: Heidi (Jeff) Trickel, Kelli Jo (Joe) Kaiser, and Brad Thompson. They also have three grandchildren: Jacob, Amber and Chelsea.
