MONROE - Relay For Life in Green County is sponsoring "Shop For A Cure" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, at the Monroe Middle School, 1510 13th St. in Monroe. More than 40 independent consultants and vendors will offer a wide variety of items to help with Christmas shopping. Unique holiday gifts, bakery items, refreshments, raffles and door prizes will be part of the event.
The entire community is invited to shop, and there is no charge to come and browse. Proceeds from the event will be donated to The American Cancer Society through the Relay For Life in Green County. For more information, call (608) 527-2828 or (608) 728-2980.
